All rally level courses will consist of a minimum of ten required exercises for that level.
 
To qualify for a leg in any level of UDP Rally, a dog may not receive a DQ at any of the exercises.  A perfect score is 100.
A qualifying score is a total of at least 80 points.
 

Introductory Level - On lead with treats

Can have a helper person, but helper cannot touch the dog or leash

Sit

Down

Wait with recall  ( person walk forward 2-6 ft)

Stay

Loose leash walking

Figure eight around two cones or objects

Moving(side step 2 steps to right) dog adjust to handler

Left turn

Right turn

Slow pace

Dog stands or sits politely while an outside person walks by within 6 ft of team

Note for Level One:

The dog must begin each exercise in a sitting or standing position on the left side of the handler.  When the dog is sitting or standing still the team can proceed with the exercise

 Novice Level -  On Lead    Treats are optional

Blind call front :

Person leaves dog on a wait, walks forward 10 ft , person turns at a 90 degree angle and call dog to a front!

180 Back up in a turn

Stand Stay, go 3-6 ft followed by a recall

Or followed by handler returns by going around dog

Champion -  Off Lead   No treats

Dogs must have earned the Advanced Title before entering Champion

Two jumps with a down in between jumps

Wait with 20 ft before recall on a diagonal avoiding objects

Stationary retrieve.. Object placed on course before the run, dog might have to pass it but at sometime will have to pick it up and give to owner

Owner carries a toy of food from one location to the next with the dog heeling

Challenge for the dog to (self control)

backing up exercise: dog in heel position backs minimum of 6 ft.

Blind call front :

Person leaves dog on a wait, walks forward 10 ft , person continues facing forward call dog to a front!

Stand, handler goes 3-6 ft away followed by dog going immediately to heel position
